Delivery Locations
Santoro Milan products are shipped exclusively within India. We do not ship internationally outside India.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 working days after confirmation.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery within India takes 10 working days from dispatch.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their delivery.

Risk & Responsibility
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Santoro Milan is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Items
Please inspect items upon receipt. Any damage or loss during shipping must be reported within 48 hours for assistance.
