No Returns Policy
All purchases made with Santoro Milan are final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds, as products are imported internationally and reverse logistics are not feasible.

Size Exchange Policy (7 Days)
We offer size exchanges only, subject to the conditions below:

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order

Exchanges are accepted only for sizing issues

Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with tags intact

Customers are responsible for return shipping within India

Once the item is received and approved, the replacement size will be dispatched. Delivery timelines for exchanged items may vary based on availability. If the requested size is unavailable, Santoro Milan may issue a store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or provide store credit at no additional cost.

Exclusions

Clearance or sale items are non-exchangeable unless faulty

Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or misuse will not be eligible

Custom-altered or made-to-order items are strictly non-exchangeable

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Indian consumer protection laws.
